1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

The minimum amount for each deposit and withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawals are usually processed within 5 to 30 minutes once the request is confirmed. gwin9 does not charge any processing fees for standard transactions; however, third-party network fees may apply.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same name as the gwin9 account. gwin9 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals that require additional identity verification for compliance and anti-money laundering purposes.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a first deposit bonus of 100% up to RM300. gwin9's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time of the relevant incident.
